After a beach ride, simply remove the bit and attach a lead rope to the halter attachment. Your pony can then be led down to the water for a wash or allowed to enjoy a well-earned roll in the sand without needing to change into a separate halter.

When preparing for a ride, the bridle can also be attached to the float using the halter ring and an appropriate breakaway string, allowing you to saddle up without placing a halter underneath the bridle.
